Kaner plants can be easily planted at home. And the Kaner plant comes in various colors. The yellow one Kaner is more popular. And the flower of Kaner also has a lovely fragrance. Kaner is a poisonous plant. The plant of Kaner can also be grown from cuttings or seeds. But today we will know how to plant Kaner from cuttings. So let's go on how to plant Kaner from cuttings.

All these things will be needed to grow Kaner flower:

  • pot
  • clay
  • Compost
  • Kaner cutting
  • rooting hormone

First of all, take the cutting of the Kaner whose length is 7 to 8 inches, and keep in mind that you cut it at a 45-degree angle. And at least you should take 4-5 cuttings because it is not necessary that all the cuttings will grow. You should do its cuttings with a sharp-edged cutter, because if there is damage in the lower stem of the cuttings, then the chances of growth of cuttings are less, and take care that the cuttings are a little thick and dark in color.

Now apply rooting hormone to the lower part of the cutting. Then you take a pot and cover the hole of the pot with a stone or something so that the drainage of your pot remains good.

Now you decide the soil for the pot, to prepare the soil, add 75% normal soil and 25% vermicompost. And you mix it well.

Then you should make a hole in the soil with the help of gardening tools(soil digger) then plant the cuttings in that holes and press the soil well. And keep in mind that all the cuttings should not be planted at one place, they should be planted at a distance of about 2 to 3 inches.

Then you put a lot of water in your planted cuttings. And keep it in a place with moderate sunlight where it gets 2 to 3 hours of sunlight. And when your soil starts to dry, you keep on adding water. And keep in mind that do not give too much water, again and again, it can rot the cuttings.

After about 15 days, your cuttings will start showing leaves. And it is not necessary that all the cuttings should be grown. Some cuttings may grow after 20 days.

And when your cuttings have 6 to 8 leaves, then you keep them in the sun for at least 5 to 6 hours. And whenever the soil above becomes dry, then you add water. And when your Kaner plant gets a little bigger then flowers will also start coming in it.
